What we do
We handle full bathroom remodeling across the Triangle — from a basic hall bath update to a complete primary suite renovation. Every project includes our licensed plumbing and electrical work, not subcontracted.
Bathroom types we remodel
Hall bath / guest bath ($8K–$15K · 2–3 weeks) New vanity, toilet, tub/shower surround, flooring, lighting, paint. These are compact projects with high impact — a dated hall bath drags down the whole house.
Primary bathroom ($15K–$30K · 3–5 weeks) Double vanity, tile shower with glass enclosure, new toilet, heated floors, updated lighting, exhaust fan, and often a linen closet or storage solution. Most primary bath remodels involve moving at least one plumbing fixture.
Luxury primary suite ($30K+ · 4–6 weeks) Freestanding soaking tub, frameless glass shower, custom tile, radiant floor heating, smart mirrors, body sprays, steam shower. These projects push all three trades — heavy electrical, complex plumbing, and precision finishing.
Aging-in-place / accessibility Curbless (zero-threshold) showers, grab bars, comfort-height toilets, wider doorways, non-slip flooring, handheld shower heads, bench seating. We follow ADA guidelines and can coordinate with occupational therapists.
Why bathrooms need licensed trades
Bathrooms concentrate water, electricity, and ventilation in a small space. NC requires licensed plumbers and electricians for most bathroom work. We hold both licenses — no subcontractors, no scheduling gaps.
Common trade work in bathroom remodels:
- Plumbing — Shower valve replacement, drain relocation, supply line upgrades, toilet flange repair, water heater capacity assessment
- Electrical — GFCI outlets (code-required), exhaust fan wiring, vanity lighting circuits, heated floor controls, in-shower lighting
- Waterproofing — Kerdi or liquid membrane systems in showers, proper pan construction, curb waterproofing
