Services

One contractor.
Four trades. Zero runaround.

Most homeowners juggle three or four phone numbers to keep a house running — one for the plumber, another for the electrician, a third for the remodeler. We do all of it under one roof, with the state licenses to back it up.

Why Peri

What it's like to
work with us.

Three commitments we make on every job — kept track of in writing, not promised on the first phone call and forgotten by the second.

A.

Licensed for every trade we touch

Most all-in-one contractors sub out electrical and plumbing to whoever's available. We hold the licenses ourselves — so the people in your home answer to the same name on the truck.

B.

One point of contact, start to finish

You'll talk to the same person from your first call through final walkthrough. No bouncing between project managers, no being looped in on Friday afternoon.

C.

Estimates that match the invoice

We walk the job, write it up, and price it before any work starts. If something changes mid-project, you hear about it before we touch a tool — never on the final bill.

"Asked Peri to quote a powder-room reno and ended up having them rewire the whole upstairs. Crew showed up when they said they would, every single day. Final number came in $40 under estimate."

"Water heater went out on a Sunday. They had it replaced by Monday afternoon. The estimate was on a printed sheet with line items — not a number scribbled on a business card."

"We've used three contractors on this 1962 ranch. Peri is the only one who didn't bring in a different crew halfway through. Same two guys for six weeks. House is finally done."

FAQ

The four questions
we hear most.

Don't see your question? Call us — we answer the phone.

For most remodels, electrical panel work, water heater swaps, and additions in North Carolina — yes. We pull every permit required and handle inspections so you don't have to.
Yes. We hold an active NC General Contractor license (NCLBGC #87341), NC Electrical Contractor license (#28-LA-9214), and NC Plumbing Contractor license (#P1-22847). You can verify any of them on the respective state-board websites.
Free, in person, and written. We don't quote remodels over the phone — too many variables. For small repairs and handyman jobs, we can often quote from photos.
Repairs and handyman work: usually within the same week. Remodels: typically 2–6 weeks out, depending on scope and season.
