What we do

We clear residential drains and sewer lines across the Triangle using professional-grade equipment — not the consumer-grade tools that push the clog further down the line.

  • Kitchen drains — Grease buildup, food debris, garbage disposal clogs
  • Bathroom drains — Hair, soap buildup, slow drains
  • Floor drains — Basement and laundry room floor drains
  • Main sewer line — Root intrusion, bellied pipe, full blockage, slow drainage throughout the house
  • Camera inspection — We run a sewer camera to diagnose the problem before recommending a solution. No guesswork.

When drain cleaning isn’t enough

If your drains clog repeatedly, the problem isn’t the clog — it’s the pipe. Common underlying causes in Triangle homes:

  • Root intrusion — Tree roots enter through joints in clay or cast iron sewer pipes. Clearing the roots buys time, but the pipe needs repair or replacement.
  • Bellied pipe — A section of sewer line has sagged, creating a low spot where waste accumulates. This requires excavation and repair.
  • Corroded cast iron — Pre-1970 homes often have cast iron drain lines that corrode from the inside. Eventually they need replacement.

We’ll tell you when cleaning is enough and when the pipe itself needs attention — we don’t upsell repairs you don’t need, and we don’t hide problems you do.

Frequently asked questions

A standard drain clearing (snake or cable) runs $150–$300 in the Triangle. Sewer main line cleaning runs $250–$600 depending on access and severity. Camera inspection adds $100–$200 but often saves money by identifying the real problem before digging.
No. Chemical drain cleaners (Drano, Liquid-Plumbr) are corrosive to pipes — especially older cast iron and galvanized drains common in Triangle homes. They also rarely clear the actual blockage. A mechanical snake or hydro-jetting is safer and more effective.
