Raleigh is home base

Peri Remodel is headquartered in Raleigh. It’s where our crew lives, where our trucks park, and where we’ve done more projects than any other city. When you call us in Raleigh, you’re calling the home team.

We work across every neighborhood in the city — from the 1920s bungalows in Oakwood and Five Points to the newer construction in North Raleigh and Brier Creek. Older Raleigh homes often need updated electrical panels, galvanized pipe replacement, and kitchen modernization. Newer homes tend to need additions, finished basements, and EV charger circuits.

What we do in Raleigh

  • General contracting — Large permitted projects, multi-trade coordination

Permits and inspections

Raleigh building permits are managed through the City of Raleigh Development Services office. We handle the entire process — application, plan submission (when required), scheduling inspections, and closing out the permit. You never need to visit the permit office or wait on hold with the city.

For electrical and plumbing work, we pull trade-specific permits under our own licenses (NC Electrical #28-LA-9214, NC Plumbing #P1-22847) — not through a sub or a broker.

Neighborhoods we serve

We work throughout Raleigh and unincorporated Wake County, including Inside the Beltline, Five Points, Hayes Barton, Cameron Village, Oakwood, Boylan Heights, North Hills, Midtown, North Raleigh, Brier Creek, and every neighborhood in between.

What Raleigh homeowners say

★★★★★

"Water heater went out on a Sunday. They had it replaced by Monday afternoon. The estimate was on a printed sheet with line items — not a number scribbled on a business card."
